Do you require minimums or can I order just one item? No, we do not require minimums...you can order just 1 item or 1000 or more. Of course, we do offer generous discounts for higher quantities as indicated on each product page, but even if ordering just one item, our prices are great! How long does it take for me to receive my order? Since all of our products are individually personalized, we cannot simply pull a product from the shelf and send it out as soon as we receive your order. Instead, we need to send the product to production, complete the personalization, and then ship it out to you. Also, in order to offer a wide variety of products for you to choose from, we do not always stock every item in our inventory. Therefore, many items are ordered from our suppliers when we receive your order. With those two points in mind, we make every effort to get your order out as soon as possible, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Please understand that this timeframe is not a guarantee, as some things are out of our control. We do, on occasion, run into backorders from suppliers or find ourselves waiting on products. What shipping method do you use and how long does it take? Most shipments will be shipped via DHL ground or USPS. Shipping times vary depending on your location and proximity to our location (Green Bay, WI). Shipping times to most locations in the United States are 1 to 5 business days. Essentially, ALL of our products can be personalized with custom embroidery. If you have any question about how a particular item is embroidered, please do not hesitate to use our contact us form to ask. Do you do screen printing? Yes, custom designs can be embroidered after we digitize the design for our embroidery machines. Yes, we have access to hundreds of vendors and can get just about anything you want. Just let us know what you are looking for and we will find it for you. If you find anything there you are interested in, just let us know and we'll get you a quote for the prices. Do you have any products that can ship right away? Yes, if you need something right away, we usually have a variety of products in stock that can be completed and shipped right away for you. There may be an additional rush charge for this service, but that depends on our current level of production activity (some times during the year are slower than other times).
